Thank you for shopping at CREAM DESIGN. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
- You have 14 days to return an item from the date you received it.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- Your item must be in the original packaging.
- Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
- To initiate a return, send us an E-Mail to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include the following information: Name, E-Mail, Order Number, Items you want to return. Upon receiving your request, we will get back to you with information on how to proceed.
Exceptions / Non-returnable items Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
- Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
- We will notify you of the status of your return and refund after inspecting the item.
- If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
- You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If you received a return label from us, the cost of the return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Damaged or Defective Items
- If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately to handle the matter.
- If you need to exchange an item for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com.
