Shipping Costs Europe
We offer free shipping in the EU from a minimum order value of 49€.
For orders under 49€, the shipping costs are 4,99€ in Germany and 5,99€ in other European countries.
Shipping Costs in the Rest of the World
If the total order volume is above 99€, we offer discounted shipping of 9,99€.
Shipping for a total order volume under 99€ costs 24,99€.
The shipping costs and minimum order threshold for free shipping are flexible and bound to change eventually. Please keep in mind that if you order from outside Europe, customs duty charges may apply according to the country of destination of your shipment.
All orders are trackable. You will receive tracking information for your order once it's been dispatched. If you haven't received a tracking number despite your order having been dispatched, you can reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Dispatch and Delivery time
Products are usually shipped within 1-3 Business Days after receiving the order. Delivery times heavily depend on the shipping address and method. While we cannot guarantee anything, most customers receive their orders within 2-10 business days. Delivery times outside of the EU are particularly unpredictable due to customs services that may apply.
Shipping Service Providers
We usually use Deutsche Post, DHL or DPD to ship our orders to our customer's delivery addresses. Depending on the order's size, weight, and destination, it will be dispatched as a letter or package. However, we may also use a different shipping service provider as we see fit.
Receiving your order
Please ensure that you are physically present to receive your order on the delivery date. It might be necessary to confirm/sign the arrival of the package personally. Therefore, we encourage you to check the estimated delivery date and, if necessary, contact the shipping service provider to change the delivery date to where you know you can receive the package.
Shipping Responsibility Disclaimer
Once a package is dispatched from our facility, the responsibility for that package transfers to the shipping service provider. CREAM DESIGN is not liable for any loss, damage, delays, or issues during transit. You should contact the respective shipping service provider about your shipment. Customers are encouraged to track their package and liaise directly with the provider in case of any issues.
